Thuy Dinh

Thuy Dinh
A former teen heartthrob in the “Hair Metal” scene of the 1990’s, Thuy parlayed that fame into becoming an Emmy award-winning, and nationally recognized editor. Despite his arena rock, and pyrotechnic filled background,  his quiet confidence and calm demeanor in the edit suite is legendary with both peers and clients. His mother still holds out hope that one day he’ll return to med school, though we don’t see that happening.

Adam Corey

Adam Corey
While some may question his preppy style, Adam prefers to think of himself as classic and refined, like The New Yorker. Traveling the world for clients, this award-winning editor and creative director brings a diverse background of broadcast experience to DC Collective, that even includes a brief stint as an adjunct instructor for an Ivy League school…in Boston.

Peter Davis

Peter Davis
After a lengthy stint as Creative Director at Team Sound and Vision, Peter brings nearly two decades of writing and editing expertise to DC Collective. When not working, Peter, a proud N.C. State grad, enjoys quiet evenings by the fire, knitting Wolfpack scarves, sipping Chamomile tea and listening to the musical stylings of Perry Cuomo.

Paul Molin

Paul Molin
Once a well respected, Emmy award-winning director for ESPN, Paul left it all behind to slum with the “creative types” at DC Collective. Hoosier-born and educated, when he’s not on set pounding sugar-free Red Bull, Paul’s at home teaching his three daughters the ins and outs of home remodeling with the occasional tea party thrown in.

Allison Mitchell

Allison Mitchell
As much as she hates to admit it, Allison has been working in the media industry for twenty years now. First starting her producing career in news for Washington’s NBC affiliate, she then discovered a whole new world in cable TV. She ventured to Discovery’s Animal Planet and then jumped at a chance to launch the National Geographic Channel where she was Executive Producer for On Air Creative and then most recently became Creative Director for their Ad Sales Integrations. When she is not writing and creative directing she is getting directed by her two boys, Chase and Asher, or you can find her on the tennis court.

Valentina Szlashta

Valentina Szlashta
Assistant of the Creative Process, Coordinator of the Office, Resident Game of Thrones Encyclopedia, Assembler of Furniture, Curator of the Molin Daughters Gallery of Art—just a sampling of the many titles Valentina has acquired during her time at DC Collective.  Outside of work, Valentina divides her time amongst a diverse body of fairly nerdy interests and occasionally spends too much time browsing Netflix.

Luke David

Luke David
Luke left the broadcast television world years ago to start Automatic Sports and re-live his glory days by filming thousands of high school sports games. While he has been known to throw a chair or break a clipboard around the office, he is ‘totally pumped’ to be back in the business. According to Luke, ‘I’m what you call a team guy… oh wait, that’s not what I meant.’
